1. Assist the Senior Product Development & Innovation Manager in the creation of new fragrances, from initial concept to compound validation across all product categories.
2. Conduct competitive analysis to identify new trends and product launches in various global markets.
3. Perform trend analysis to research and identify emerging scent trends within and beyond the beauty industry, supporting the creation of new scents and concepts.
4. Oversee activities related to fragrance formula development in accordance with Acqua di Parma and LVMH R&D guidelines.
5. Monitor regulatory reformulations, ensuring compliance with compound and formula standards.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Chemistry preferred.
2. Previous experience in a fragrance house or fragrance development is advantageous.
3. Proactive, creative, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset.

1. Strong relational and agile approach to manage diverse stakeholders and multiple projects.
2. Passion for fragrances and olfactive trends.
3. Fluency in English.

No prior experience required, though experience in a fragrance house is a plus.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Chemistry preferred.
