1. Assist the Senior Product Development & Innovation Manager in the development of new fragrances from concept ideation to compound validation across all product categories.
2. Conduct competition analysis to identify new trends and product launches globally.
3. Perform trend analysis to research and identify emerging scent trends within and outside the beauty industry, supporting the creation of new scents and concepts.
4. Follow up on all activities related to fragrance formula development in accordance with Acqua di Parma and LVMH R&D development process guidelines.
5. Support regulatory reformulations by following up on activities related to compounds and formulas.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Chemistry preferred.
2. Previous experience in a Fragrance House is advantageous.
3. Proactive, creative mindset with strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects and engage with diverse stakeholders.
5. Passion for fragrances and olfactive trends.
6. Fluent in English.

Entry-level experience, ideally with exposure to fragrance development.
