Acqua Di Parma Perfume Sales Specialist

1. Sell brand products and provide high-level customer service throughout the sales process.
2. Increase brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
3. Identify, understand, and address customer needs.
4. Monitor competition, including special actions and launches.
5. Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers.
6. Track sales performance according to key performance indicators (KPIs).
7. Develop lasting personal relationships with customers and retailers.
8. Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets.
9. Participate in merchandising and inventory maintenance according to corporate guidelines.
10. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal stock in each store.
11. Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks, such as reporting and ordering.

1. High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty.
2. Professional training and/or university degree preferred.
3. Minimum B2 level in English.

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally in luxury, perfume, beauty, or fashion environments.

Base salary plus incentives.

Permanent contract with 36 hours per week, rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday, with Sundays off.
