1. Sell Acqua Di Parma products and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
2. Enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty.
3. Identify, understand, and address customer needs.
4. Monitor competitor activities, including special promotions and product launches.
5. Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings.
6. Track sales performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
7. Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients and retailers.
8. Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets.
9. Assist in merchandising and inventory management in line with corporate guidelines.
10. Oversee stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal stock availability.
11. Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks, including reporting and ordering.

1. High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or a university degree preferred.
2. Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally within luxury, fragrance, beauty, or fashion sectors.

High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or a university degree preferred.

Base salary plus incentives.

Permanent contract of 36 hours per week with a rotating schedule from Monday to Saturday, either 10 AM to 4 PM or 4 PM to 10 PM, with Sundays off.
