Acqua Di Parma Performance Media and Analytics Specialist

- Lead and manage relationships with external agencies for Google Ads, Affiliate Marketing, and Retargeting campaigns, ensuring strategic alignment and optimized results.
- Drive revenue growth by monitoring and optimizing key business KPIs, providing actionable insights, and challenging agencies to innovate and improve.
- Implement and maintain tracking and analytics solutions to ensure accurate data collection and reporting, while monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across the marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion and retention.
- Develop and present data-driven insights and recommendations to the marketing team and management, highlighting trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Suggest, implement, and analyze A/B tests to enhance campaign performance.
- Proven experience in end-to-end campaign management, from strategy development to execution and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- Experience in the beauty, luxury, or FMCG sectors, particularly with eCommerce/DTC brands.
- Experience with media agencies and familiarity with US/APAC markets is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
Entry-level experience in performance media and analytics, with a focus on campaign management and optimization.
