Acqua Di Parma Marketing Manager

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels, materials, and points of sale.
- Present launch plans to retailer partners twice a year or as needed.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation to maximize ROI and drive sales.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers for all launch forecasts for sellable and POSM by door by account.
- Maintain and update the POSM budget continuously, proposing monthly allocation of POSM to the Senior Director of Sales and Senior Director of Strategy.
- Coordinate and manage events such as product launches, trade shows, and in-store events to enhance brand visibility and boost sales.
- Develop ideas for local promotions and/or merchandising based on market needs, including direct mail pieces, tester units, and in-store events.
- Manage work requests and timely execution by liaising with Creative, Purchasing, and Operations departments.
- Manage relationships with media, influencers, and Influencer PR agencies to secure coverage and increase brand perception.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the luxury fragrance industry.
- Strong spoken and written English skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel; Adobe is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with a preference for experience in the luxury fragrance industry.
Salary range of $100,000 - $105,000, with flexibility to recognize various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
Hybrid work model with in-office presence required from Monday to Wednesday in NYC, and a travel requirement of 20%.
