- Oversee and maintain the animation calendar, ensuring it is fully updated.
- Manage and update the full-year Trade Plan, incorporating changes from Markets, and perform detailed analysis of year-over-year trade data by line and by Market.
- Assist the Marketing team with feedback on activity proposals from Markets, including podiums, offline activities, and in-store events.
- Aid in the development of trade tools tailored to APAC markets for all regional activations.
- Coordinate with external suppliers to ensure efficient production and delivery of trade tools to Markets.
- Support the Marketing team in providing in-store visual merchandising guidelines and feedback to Markets.
- Assist in developing visual merchandising display tools adapted to APAC markets.
- Collaborate with HQ for updates and enhancements of the E-commerce site.
- Monitor digital platforms for product launches and brand image.
- Coordinate TR APAC digital activities with Area Manager, retailers, and HQ.
- Manage the approval process for online activities, including banners, social content creation, and KOL posts, with HQ and Markets.
- Prepare a monthly newsletter detailing key competitor offline and online animations.
- Monitor competitor product positioning in key markets monthly.
- Conduct mystery shopping to observe competition best practices and key launches.
- Perform in-depth research on industry best practices in Trade Marketing, new launches, and promotion plans, leveraging Chinese sources.
- Support the Regional team with ad hoc requests and assist in financial processing of quotations, invoices, and budget updates.
- Previous experience in the beauty, luxury, or FMCG industries is advantageous.
- Team-oriented with an international perspective.
- Passionate about and sensitive to luxury cosmetics.
- Strong understanding of Brand Image.
- Organized, autonomous, with a sense of initiative and advanced analytical skills.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Available for a full-time internship from January 26 to June 26.
