1. Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
2. Advise business leaders on talent acquisition, management, and succession planning.
3. Identify talent gaps and collaborate with the Talent Enablement team to recruit top-tier talent.
4. Coach managers on effective team management and employee engagement practices.
5. Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with brand values and LVMH Beauty standards.
6. Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
7. Support the performance management cycle, ensuring clear goals and expectations.
8. Oversee budget management for People costs and HR Budget.
9. Lead or support change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and employee buy-in.
10. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
11. Leverage HR data and analytics to provide insights for informed decision-making.

1. Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in a business partner role within luxury retail, beauty, or fashion industries.
2. Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
3. Strong understanding of HR best practices, including organizational development and change management.
