- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Advise business leaders on talent acquisition, management, and succession planning.
- Identify talent gaps and collaborate with the Talent Enablement team to recruit top-tier talent.
- Coach managers on effective team management and employee engagement practices.
- Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with brand values and LVMH Beauty standards.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Support the performance management cycle, ensuring clear goals and expectations.
- Oversee budget management for People costs and HR Budget.
- Lead or support change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and employee buy-in.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Leverage HR data and analytics to provide insights for informed decision-making.
- Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in a business partner role within luxury retail, beauty, or fashion industries.
- Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, including organizational development and change management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to influence and work collaboratively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinking and ability to deliver results through effective People initiatives.
Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in a business partner role within luxury retail, beauty, or fashion industries.
Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related fields. A master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
