Global Training Customer Experience Designer

1. Implement the Acqua di Parma 360° Training Program.
2. Create offline and online strategic actions in line with HQ guidelines.
3. Contribute to business development in cooperation with marketing and sales teams.
4. Adapt training modules and develop creative training delivery methods.
5. Maintain strong relationships with local markets, supporting them in TTT sessions and 360° activations.
6. Deliver training programs worldwide and allocate team resources appropriately.
7. Liaise with the commercial team to offer expertise programs and ongoing training.
8. Create and implement training modules in the Yellow You App Learning Platform.
9. Create and monitor training reports and calendars.
10. Oversee the Masterclass project in key stores.
11. Track field training actions.
12. Propose actions to improve service.

1. Experience in training, including delivery of training.
2. Experience within the cosmetic industry and/or retail is a plus.
3. Experience in Blended Learning, Virtual Classroom, E-learning Platform.
4. Experience in sales training in a retail environment.
5. Agility to work in a complex and global environment.
6. Willingness to travel worldwide.
7. Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.

At least 3 years of experience in relevant fields.
