1. Implement the Acqua di Parma 360° Training Program, aligning with HQ guidelines to enhance customer service and market share.
2. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive business development.
3. Adapt and innovate training modules for effective delivery.
4. Maintain strong relationships with local markets, supporting TTT sessions and 360° activations.
5. Deliver global training programs and allocate team resources efficiently.
6. Coordinate with commercial teams to provide expertise and novelty training both in-field and in-classroom.
7. Develop and implement training modules on the Yellow You App Learning Platform.
8. Create and monitor training reports and calendars.
9. Oversee the Masterclass project in key stores.
10. Track and evaluate field training actions.
11. Proactively propose service improvement actions.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in training, preferably within the cosmetic or retail industry.
2. Experience in Blended Learning, Virtual Classroom, and E-learning Platforms.
3. Experience in sales training within a retail environment.
4. Ability to navigate a complex and global environment.
5. Willingness to travel worldwide.
6. Fluency in English and French; additional languages are advantageous.
