- Manage multi-site operations at Harrods, enhancing brand visibility and retail excellence.
- Set and achieve sales targets for team members, aligning with company expectations.
- Proactively sell Acqua di Parma products, ensuring a luxury standard of customer service.
- Lead and coach the team to exceed sales targets and enhance productivity.
- Educate team members on Acqua di Parma's history, products, and services.
- Serve as an expert in the Acqua di Parma Luxury SOUL ceremony and CRM.
- Manage stock levels in collaboration with the Area Manager.
- Develop business through events, CRM, and strategic visibility initiatives.
- Complete operational and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Collaborate with Head Office functions, focusing on Retail Excellence.
- Support talent development within the area succession plans.
- Participate in merchandise management, adhering to corporate guidelines.
- Build relationships with store management and adhere to store policies.
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Excellent numerical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong understanding of luxury retail.
- Proficiency in digital learning tools such as Apps, Zoom, and Teams.
- Strong observation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and influence at all levels with confidence.
Minimum 3 years of management experience in a luxury retail environment.
