- Manage multi-sites and teams across Harrods, driving business forward in rankings and visibility.
- Set and achieve sales targets for all team members in line with company expectations.
- Proactively sell Acqua di Parma lifestyle products and provide a luxury standard of service to customers.
- Lead and coach the team to ensure awareness and achievement of sales targets.
- Link sell across product categories to increase average transaction value and productivity.
- Educate and train team members on Acqua di Parma history, services, and products.
- Propose personalized lifestyle routines to clients and overcome objections.
- Act as an ambassador of the Acqua di Parma Luxury SOUL ceremony.
- Manage stock levels in partnership with the Area Manager.
- Grow the business through events, appointments, and CRM.
- Complete operational and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Work closely with Head Office functions and adhere to corporate guidelines.
- Nurture relationships with store management and adhere to store policies.
- Minimum 3 years management experience.
- Excellent numerical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organization with a high affinity for luxury and understanding of the retail environment.
- Proficiency in digital learning tools (Apps, Zoom, Teams, etc.).
- Strong observation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Solution-focused and approachable team player.
- Immaculately groomed and presented.
Minimum 3 years of management experience.
