1. Manage multi-sites and teams across Harrods, driving business forward in rankings and visibility.
2. Set and achieve sales targets for all team members in line with company expectations.
3. Proactively sell Acqua di Parma lifestyle products and provide a luxury standard of service to customers.
4. Lead and coach the team to ensure awareness and achievement of sales targets.
5. Link sell across product categories to increase average transaction value and productivity.
6. Educate and train team members on Acqua di Parma history, services, and products.
7. Propose personalized lifestyle routines to clients and overcome objections.
8. Act as an ambassador of the Acqua di Parma Luxury SOUL ceremony.
9. Manage stock levels in partnership with the Area Manager.
10. Grow the business through events, appointments, and CRM.
11. Complete operational and administrative tasks efficiently.
12. Work closely with Head Office functions and adhere to corporate guidelines.
13. Nurture relationships with store management and adhere to store policies.

1. Minimum 3 years management experience.

1. Excellent numerical, written, and verbal communication skills.
2. Exceptional organization with a high affinity for luxury and understanding of the retail environment.
3. Proficiency in digital learning tools (Apps, Zoom, Teams, etc.).
4. Strong observation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Solution-focused and approachable team player.
6. Immaculately groomed and presented.

Minimum 3 years of management experience.
