1. Define specific business goals and targets for each country in coordination with local General Managers, tailored to business channels and product categories.
2. Ensure successful and profitable business development in EMEA markets, maintaining brand image and achieving sales targets.
3. Elevate retail presence in EMEA by identifying key locations to expand the boutique and top doors network.
4. Support local sales management in negotiations with major clients, including chains and department stores.
5. Coordinate and develop the Travel Retail business across EMEA.
6. Manage the consolidated Profit & Loss statement.
7. Supervise local teams to optimize organization, motivate staff, and develop talent.

1. Proven commercial and retail leadership experience at an international level.
2. Autonomous decision-making capabilities and strong leadership skills.
3. Sensitivity to the luxury and beauty industry.
4. Willingness to travel frequently and thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
5. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
