Acqua Di Parma E-Commerce Specialist

- Manage and update the website homepage and content pages using Page Designer or HTML to ensure visually appealing and engaging content.
- Create and manage campaigns and promotions within the Salesforce Commerce Cloud Platform, ensuring effective execution and optimization.
- Oversee the product catalog, ensuring products are ready for launch with necessary elements such as images, copy, and stock availability.
- Implement website personalization strategies using Page Designer and Customer Groups to enhance customer experience and drive conversion.
- Conduct continuous testing and quality assurance of the SFCC platform to ensure promotions, content, and stock levels meet expectations.
- Curate visual merchandising for the website, considering delivery schedules, seasonal trends, collection performance, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with Operations and Customer Care teams to ensure seamless customer experience and smooth order fulfillment.
- Previous experience in similar roles, preferably within a luxury brand.
- Good experience in e-commerce, focusing on website updates, campaign execution, site merchandising, and content management.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), including campaign management, Page Designer, and Customer Groups.
- Experience with HTML for content updates.
- Extremely organized with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
