Acqua Di Parma Counter Manager

- Provide professional consultation to both local and international clientele.
- Drive sales of Acqua di Parma products, including fragrances, home scents, shaving, leather, and travel collections.
- Contribute to the brand's establishment and growth at the counter.
- Monitor and manage counter performance through KPI analysis.
- Enhance sales development at the counter.
- Manage inventory effectively to ensure optimal product availability.
- Conduct customer engagement activities and manage the CRM database.
- Present merchandise in accordance with Acqua di Parma's guidelines and standards.
- Operate the cash register and assist with inventory counts.
- Passion for sales and customer consultation.
- Professional experience in the perfumery sector, including sales and consultation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the fragrance and luxury segments.
- Fluency in German; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills.
