- Execute retail sell-through and promotional programs to achieve sales goals at Macy's Herald Square under the direction of the Account Executive.
- Support the development of Beauty Consultants by providing training and motivation.
- Partner with the Account Executive to deliver product and sales training to in-store staff, focusing on new programs and suggestive selling techniques.
- Recruit, coach, motivate, and train Beauty Consultants and Fragrance Specialists on brand expectations, including S.O.U.L. selling and storytelling.
- Maintain and expand the client registration and replenishment program to retain and grow the customer base.
- Oversee client registration specifics, including updating customer files and managing communications.
- Train staff on the effective use of promotional and sales tools.
- Monitor stock levels to identify slow-selling items and train staff on selling through overstocks.
- Ensure the brand image is maintained through cleanliness and effective merchandising.
- Manage the operational aspects of the counter.
- Develop and support Beauty Consultants in executing special events programs.
- Monitor and track Beauty Consultants' performance and productivity.
- Execute all visual merchandising requirements for the brand.
- Monitor the performance of promotional programs and provide recaps to the Account Executive.
- Act as a liaison with retailer management.
- 3+ years of prestige luxury retail sales and management experience.
- Prior experience in sales roles such as Business Manager, Training Manager, or Sales Associate.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, and French are advantageous.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and client relationship management.
A minimum of 3 years in prestige luxury retail sales and management, with prior experience in roles such as Business Manager or Training Manager.
Salary range of $80,000-$90,000, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
