- Execute retail sell-through and promotional programs to achieve sales goals at Bloomingdale’s under the direction of the Account Executive.
- Support the Account Executive in the development and training of Beauty Consultants.
- Provide new and ongoing product and sales training to in-store staff, including suggestive selling techniques and client registration programs.
- Recruit, coach, motivate, and train Beauty Consultants and Fragrance Specialists on brand expectations and track training platform engagement.
- Maintain and expand the client registration and replenishment program.
- Train staff on the use of promotional and sales tools.
- Monitor stock levels and train Beauty Consultants on selling strategies for overstocked and discontinued items.
- Ensure brand image is maintained through cleanliness and effective merchandising.
- Manage operational aspects of the counter.
- Develop and support the execution of special events programs.
- Track and coach Beauty Consultants' performance.
- Execute visual merchandising requirements.
- Monitor and report on the performance of gift with purchase and sampling programs.
- Act as a liaison with retailer management.
- Minimum 3 years of prestige luxury retail sales and management experience.
- Prior experience in Sales as Business Manager, Training Manager, or Sales Associate.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, or French are advantageous.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and client relationship management.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Organizational and multitasking skills.
A minimum of 3 years in prestige luxury retail sales and management is required, with prior roles such as Business Manager, Training Manager, or Sales Associate being highly desirable.
The salary range is $70,000-$75,000, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
