1. Execute retail sell-through and promotional programs to achieve sales goals at Bloomingdale’s under the direction of the Account Executive.
2. Support the Account Executive in the development and training of Beauty Consultants.
3. Provide new and ongoing product and sales training to in-store staff, including suggestive selling techniques and client registration programs.
4. Recruit, coach, motivate, and train Beauty Consultants and Fragrance Specialists on brand expectations and track training platform engagement.
5. Maintain and expand the client registration and replenishment program.
6. Train staff on the use of promotional and sales tools.
7. Monitor stock levels and train Beauty Consultants on selling strategies for overstocked and discontinued items.
8. Ensure brand image is maintained through cleanliness and effective merchandising.
9. Manage operational aspects of the counter.
10. Develop and support the execution of special events programs.
11. Track and coach Beauty Consultants' performance.
12. Execute visual merchandising requirements.
13. Monitor and report on the performance of gift with purchase and sampling programs.
14. Act as a liaison with retailer management.

1. Minimum 3 years of prestige luxury retail sales and management experience.
2. Prior experience in Sales as Business Manager, Training Manager, or Sales Associate.
3. Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, or French are advantageous.

The salary range is $70,000-$75,000, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
