Acqua Di Parma Boutique Manager

- Serve as the ambassador of Acqua di Parma, sharing the brand's history, products, and values with clients and team members.
- Ensure the boutique maintains the brand's premium image, achieving sales targets and delivering high-quality service.
- Oversee the operational functions of the boutique, including inventory management, order processing, and transactions.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and align with corporate objectives.
- Set and monitor individual and team goals on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Develop team members through regular coaching and evaluations.
- Guide the team in exceeding client development and individual sales objectives.
- Coordinate and manage team activities, schedules, and performance evaluations.
- Represent the Acqua di Parma brand image in all aspects, including merchandising, presentation, and demeanor.
- Manage customer flow within the boutique, maximizing sales in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising and Training teams.
- Ensure and enhance customer service standards.
- Proven experience in management and sales, particularly within a boutique setting.
- Genuine interest and sensitivity towards luxury products and cosmetics.
- Familiarity with the luxury ecosystem and its demands regarding availability and flexibility.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability.
- Comfortable with intercultural exchanges and client relationship development.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and KPI management to drive revenue.
- Competency in using computer tools.
