1. Serve as the ambassador of Acqua di Parma, sharing the brand's history, products, and values with clients and team members.
2. Ensure the boutique maintains the brand's premium image, achieving sales targets and delivering high-quality service.
3. Oversee the operational functions of the boutique, including inventory management, order processing, and transactions.
4. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and align with corporate objectives.
5. Set and monitor individual and team goals on a weekly and monthly basis.
6. Develop team members through regular coaching and evaluations.
7. Guide the team in exceeding client development and individual sales objectives.
8. Coordinate and manage team activities, schedules, and performance evaluations.
9. Represent the Acqua di Parma brand image in all aspects, including merchandising, presentation, and demeanor.
10. Manage customer flow within the boutique, maximizing sales in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising and Training teams.
11. Ensure and enhance customer service standards.

1. Proven experience in management and sales, particularly within a boutique setting.
2. Genuine interest and sensitivity towards luxury products and cosmetics.
3. Familiarity with the luxury ecosystem and its demands regarding availability and flexibility.
4. Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability.
6. Comfortable with intercultural exchanges and client relationship development.
7. Proficiency in sales techniques and KPI management to drive revenue.
8. Competency in using computer tools.
