- Represent the Acqua di Parma brand and share its history, products, and values with clients and team members.
- Ensure the boutique maintains a high-end image and meets sales objectives, including revenue, average basket size, and CRM card acquisition.
- Manage and develop the boutique's ecosystem, including initiating partnerships and operations in collaboration with headquarters.
- Enhance the customer experience through strategic store layout and optimization.
- Maintain the boutique's visual and operational standards, ensuring exceptional customer service and product recommendations.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention through targeted clienteling and prospect engagement.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and manage key performance indicators such as average basket size, visit frequency, and conversion rates.
- Conduct market research and propose strategies to boost sales.
- Manage inventory, oversee restocking, and fulfill customer demands.
- Lead and develop the sales team, fostering teamwork and providing regular feedback.
- Conduct regular briefings on quantitative and qualitative objectives.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce or related field.
- Proven experience in management and sales within the luxury or cosmetics sector.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

- Proficiency in sales techniques and KPI management.

Minimum of 5 years in a management role within the luxury or cosmetics industry.
