- Execute retail sell-through and promotional programs at the Boutique under the direction of the Account Executive.
- Support the development of Beauty Consultants through recruitment, coaching, motivation, and training.
- Partner with the Account Executive to deliver product and sales training to in-store staff, enhancing suggestive selling techniques and client registration programs.
- Develop and maintain a client registration and replenishment program to ensure customer retention.
- Oversee client registration specifics, collaborating with Beauty Consultants to update customer files and engage with customers through various communication methods.
- Train staff on the effective use of promotional and sales tools, including samples and gift with purchase.
- Monitor stock levels to identify slow-selling items and train Beauty Consultants on strategies to manage overstocks and discontinued products.
- Maintain the Boutique's image, ensuring cleanliness and effective merchandising.
- Manage operational aspects of the Boutique, ensuring smooth execution of special events and visual plans.
- Conduct productivity evaluations for Beauty Consultants, focusing on demonstration productivity and sales metrics.
- Liaise with retailer management and support retail buyers and planners regarding the ordering system.
- Minimum 3 years of prestige luxury retail sales and management experience.
- Prior experience as a Business Manager, Sales, and/or Training Manager.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages such as Portuguese and French are advantageous.
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to execute sales strategies and promotional events.
A minimum of 3 years in luxury retail sales and management, with experience in roles such as Business Manager, Sales, or Training Manager.
The salary range is $75,000-$80,000, with flexibility to recognize varying levels of expertise and performance.
