1. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and corporate objectives for the boutique.
2. Set and monitor individual and collective objectives on a monthly and weekly basis.
3. Develop team members through regular coaching and appraisals.
4. Manage the team to exceed expectations in client development and individual sales goals.
5. Coordinate and develop team activities, including planning and performance evaluation.
6. Act as an ambassador for the Acqua di Parma brand image in all aspects, including merchandising, grooming, and posture.
7. Organize and coordinate events in cooperation with the corporate office.
8. Ensure the highest level of customer service and develop customer loyalty.
9. Manage boutique traffic to maximize sales in coordination with Visual Merchandising and Training Teams.
10. Oversee all administrative tasks, including shift planning, stock management, ordering, sales analysis, and reporting.
11. Manage inventory and aftersales to minimize stock loss and maximize customer service.

1. Strong retail background in the luxury industry.
2. Fragrance experience is a plus.
3. At least 5 years of relevant experience.

2. Strong communication and organizational skills.
3. Client-focused with a client experience approach.
4. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

A minimum of 5 years in a relevant role within the luxury industry, preferably with experience in fragrances.
