Acqua Di Parma Beauty Counter Manager

1. Deliver high‑standard, personalised consultations and sales to local and international clientele at the LOEB Bern counter.
2. Sell the full Acqua di Parma assortment including fragrances, home fragrances, shaving, leather and travel collections.
3. Contribute to the establishment, visual identity and steady growth of the brand at the counter.
4. Monitor and drive counter performance through regular analysis and management of KPIs.
5. Implement initiatives to increase sales and customer lifetime value; execute clienteling and CRM activities.
6. Manage stock levels and ensure optimal product availability through effective inventory control.
7. Maintain merchandising and in‑store brand standards in line with Acqua di Parma guidelines.
8. Operate the POS / cash register and support stocktakes and operational store tasks.

1. Minimum three years' professional experience in perfumery or luxury beauty retail sales and advising.
2. Proven expertise and product knowledge in fragrances and luxury beauty assortments.
3. Fluent German (spoken and written); additional languages advantageous.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong client‑service orientation.
5. Reliable, proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a passionate retail team.

At least 3 years in perfumery or luxury beauty retail with a demonstrable record of sales, client advisory and counter management responsibilities.

Vocational education or diploma in retail, sales, hospitality or equivalent professional experience preferred.
