1. Advise and sell brand products to achieve sales targets at the point of sale.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales ceremony.
3. Enhance brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
4. Identify and address customer needs effectively.
5. Monitor competitor activities, including special actions and product launches.
6. Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers.
7. Track sales performance according to key performance indicators (KPIs).
8. Cultivate lasting personal relationships with customers and retailers.
9. Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales objectives.
10. Participate in merchandising and inventory maintenance in line with corporate guidelines.
11. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal stock in each store.
12. Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks, including reporting and ordering.

1. Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; professional training or university degree preferred.
2. Minimum B2 level in English.
3. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally in luxury, perfumery, beauty, or fashion environments.
