1. Advise and sell brand products to achieve sales targets at the point of sale.
2. Provide high-level customer service throughout the sales ceremony.
3. Enhance brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
4. Identify, understand, and reformulate customer needs.
5. Monitor competitor activities, including special actions and launches.
6. Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings.
7. Track sales performance according to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
8. Develop lasting personal relationships with clients and retailers.
9. Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales objectives.
10. Participate in merchandising and inventory maintenance as per corporate guidelines.
11. Supervise stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal stock in each store.
12. Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks, including reporting and ordering.

1. Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.
2. Minimum B2 level in English.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally within luxury, perfumery, beauty, or fashion.

Base salary plus incentives.

Permanent contract with a base salary and incentives.
