1. Advise and sell brand products to achieve established sales targets.
2. Deliver high-level customer service throughout the sales process.
3. Enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty.
4. Identify and address customer needs effectively.
5. Monitor competitor activities, including special actions and product launches.
6. Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings.
7. Track sales performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
8. Develop lasting relationships with customers and retailers.
9. Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales objectives.
10. Participate in merchandising and inventory maintenance in line with corporate guidelines.
11. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager.
12. Execute assigned operational and administrative tasks, such as reporting and ordering.

1. Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty. Professional training or university degree preferred.
2. Minimum B2 level in English.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally in luxury, perfumery, beauty, or fashion.

Base salary plus incentives.
