1. Advise and sell brand products to achieve sales targets at the point of sale.
2. Deliver high-level customer service throughout the sales process.
3. Enhance brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
4. Identify and understand customer needs, offering tailored product solutions.
5. Monitor competitor activities, including special actions and product launches.
6. Track sales performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
7. Develop lasting personal relationships with clients and retailers.
8. Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales objectives.
9. Maintain merchandising and inventory in line with corporate guidelines.
10. Oversee stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal stock in each store.
11. Execute assigned operational and administrative tasks, such as reporting and ordering.

1. Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; professional training or university degree preferred.
2. Minimum B2 level in English.
3. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally in luxury, perfumery, beauty, or fashion.
