3. Link sell across product categories to increase average transaction value (ATV) and units per transaction (UPT).
4. Demonstrate product knowledge and propose personalized products to clients, overcoming objections confidently.
5. Initiate contact with customers, welcoming them both at the counter and through traffic stopping.
6. Identify, understand, and reformulate client needs to develop personal relationships and gain loyalty.
7. Educate clients on Acqua Di Parma products and the brand.
8. Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines.
9. Monitor stock levels, report issues to the Counter Manager, and ensure sufficient stock levels.
10. Conduct assigned operational and administrative tasks.

12. Adhere to company procedures and policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
13. Build relationships with store management and adhere to store policies and procedures.
14. Carry out additional duties as directed by the management team.
