- Manage all aspects of the retail counter and business operations.
- Achieve and exceed sales and KPI targets.

- Develop and strengthen relationships with store management.
- Manage and lead team members.

- Work authorization in the United Kingdom.

- Proficiency in digital learning tools such as Apps, Zoom, and Teams.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in luxury fragrance sales preferred.
