1. Achieve counter sales targets and corporate objectives.
2. Set and monitor individual and collective sales objectives on a weekly and monthly basis.
3. Compile and submit sales reports to the line manager within set deadlines.
4. Monitor competitor activities and communicate insights to the JLP team, taking proactive steps to enhance counter activity.
5. Identify opportunities and promote in-store events to maximize sales.
6. Ensure delivery of luxury-level customer service and foster customer loyalty.
7. Handle customer complaints with discretion and effectiveness.
8. Maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure merchandising aligns with company guidelines.
9. Motivate and inspire team members, fostering a passion for the brand.
10. Communicate corporate strategy and goals to team members and build relationships with store management.
11. Ensure team professionalism and adherence to company guidelines.
12. Perform additional duties as directed by management and act as a brand ambassador.
13. Adhere to company and store policies and ensure efficient communication with management and head office teams.
