- Manage all aspects of the counter and business operations.
- Achieve and exceed sales and KPI targets.
- Merchandise the counter in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Complete weekly trade reporting, rotas, timesheets, and administrative duties.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with store management.
- Manage and lead team members.
- Drive and achieve CRM targets to expand the client base.
- Work authorization in the United Kingdom.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong affinity for luxury retail.
- Proficiency in digital learning tools such as Apps, Zoom, and Teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt communication to the audience.
- Confidence and influence at all levels.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in luxury fragrance sales preferred.
