1. Manage the counter and achieve sales targets.
2. Set and monitor individual and team objectives on a weekly and monthly basis.
3. Compile and submit sales reports to the line manager within deadlines.
4. Monitor competitor activity and communicate insights to the team.

6. Ensure delivery of luxury service to customers and develop customer loyalty.
7. Handle customer complaints discreetly and effectively.

16. Ensure efficient communication and reporting to management and head office.
