1. Provide disciplinary and technical leadership to the tool manufacturing team.
2. Plan personnel, enhance qualifications, and ensure compliance with occupational safety measures.
3. Ensure timely production and delivery of tool orders.
4. Enhance quality assurance and productivity through process optimization, audits, and quality management.
5. Support and implement continuous improvement measures for manufacturing processes.
6. Report to the department head and independently manage special tasks and projects.

1. Completed training as a tool mechanic with further education as a technician or master craftsman.
2. Alternatively, training as a toolmaker with several years of leadership experience in fixture and tool manufacturing.
3. Experience in personnel management and certification in trainer aptitude.
4. In-depth knowledge of tool machines and CAD/CAM systems.

1. Proficient in using IT systems, particularly MS Office.
2. Analytical, structured, and independent working style.
3. Strong communication skills, assertiveness, resilience, and teamwork ability.

Several years of leadership experience in fixture and tool manufacturing.

Completed training as a tool mechanic or toolmaker with further education as a technician or master craftsman.
