1. Engage in customer service and sales at the Lange boutique in Tokyo.
2. Manage in-store and external events, providing exceptional service and conducting sales negotiations.
3. Handle customer and inventory management, as well as the reception of watch repair requests.

2. At least one year of professional experience, with a background in sales and customer service in luxury goods, airlines, or hospitality.
3. Experience in team-oriented work environments.
4. Ability to build trustful relationships with clients and demonstrate flexibility.
5. Strong hospitality mindset with attention to detail.
6. Goal-oriented and proactive in skill development.
7. Enthusiasm for the Lange & Söhne brand, even without prior watch industry experience.
8. Experience in watch maintenance (preferred).
9. Proficiency in Japanese, English, and Chinese for customer service and sales.
