- Achieve personal sales targets in alignment with the brand's retail strategy and compliance with corporate guidelines, legal, tax, and customs regulations.
- Maximize profit while controlling and minimizing costs, including discounts, general expenses, and third-party commissions.
- Analyze unsuccessful sales with the Assistant/Boutique Manager to refine future sales forecasts.
- Organize private showings for potential VIP clients within the region.
- Discuss business opportunities and action plans for potential leads with the Assistant/Boutique Manager.
- Ensure excellence in customer greeting, care, and service both inside and outside the boutique.
- Continuously learn about products and the brand to become a key representative for the company.
- Maintain the boutique's appearance and upkeep according to brand guidelines and concepts.
- Support the timely implementation and control of new visual merchandising concepts in the boutique.
- Ensure service excellence at all times with all boutique customers.
- Contribute to a positive atmosphere within the boutique, maintaining an optimistic, constructive, helpful, and confident demeanor.
- Participate proactively in regular VIP events, considering boutique opportunities.
- Build genuine relationships with clients.
- Handle customer complaints individually and carefully, reporting product-related issues to the Assistant/Boutique Manager immediately.
- Follow up and coordinate individual repairs and after-sales matters with Sales Administrators.
- Participate actively in monthly, quarterly, and annual inventories.
- Ensure measures to prevent stock discrepancies at all times.
- Automatically replenish sold watches and actively request orders.
- Ensure proper maintenance of all boutique watches as needed, including organizing strap changes, polishing, and servicing.
- Adhere to procedures and legal, tax, and customs regulations.
- Handle significant credit card transactions and cash operations.
- Report opportunities and incidents to the Assistant/Boutique Manager in a timely manner.
- Share new practices and ideas with the Assistant/Boutique Manager to enhance overall boutique operations.
- Share new ideas, work-related practices, and knowledge with boutique members and office colleagues.
- Monitor personal appearance and behavior in line with corporate and boutique guidelines, including uniform, makeup, language, hair, and accessories.
- Provide complete and comprehensive support to shift colleagues during the sales ceremony.
- Strong sales acumen and ability to meet targets

Previous experience in luxury retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
