1. Achieve and exceed personal sales targets through delivering an exclusive brand experience.
2. Represent the brand professionally, adhering to group sales policies and operational regulations.

5. Provide exceptional client experiences, maintaining professionalism within and outside the boutique.
6. Lead and manage all steps of the sales process according to brand policy.
7. Negotiate and handle objections effectively.
8. Identify potential sales leads and perform diligent follow-up to generate sales opportunities.
9. Participate in networking events to enhance brand exposure.
10. Maintain CRM efficiency and build long-lasting business relationships.
11. Communicate professionally via telephone, email, and SMS.
12. Maintain an organized business schedule, including tasks, appointments, and continued learning.
13. Analyze client data to generate sales and capture accurate client information.
14. Resolve client issues and escalate to management as necessary.
15. Collaborate with management to support in-store and offsite events.

1. Bachelor's Degree
2. 5+ years of experience in the timepiece industry
3. Strong critical thinking and solution-oriented skills
4. Flexibility to adapt to boutique schedule changes
5. Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
6. Secondary language proficiency is advantageous

A minimum of 5 years in the timepiece industry is required, demonstrating a strong understanding of luxury client experiences.

Salary range: $25 - $27 per hour, determined based on skills and experience.
