1. Manage all administrative aspects of the retail business, including data entry, invoicing, and goods reception and shipping.
2. Support the Retail Director and Boutique Manager in organizing retail operations and ensuring efficient after-sales service.
3. Monitor and manage boutique stock, ensuring accurate monthly stock takes and timely replenishment.
4. Coordinate with marketing to maintain boutique appearance and manage supplies and petty cash.
5. Ensure compliance with retail policies and procedures, including invoicing and document filing.
6. Maintain stock of marketing materials and track corporate gifts.
7. Provide exceptional hospitality to clients, maintaining cleanliness and organization of boutique areas.
8. Process client orders and invoices accurately and promptly using the GEMINI system.
9. Handle all claims and returns in accordance with Richemont procedures.
10. Support marketing activities, including retail events and merchandising logistics.

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
2. Excellent command of English; proficiency in French, German, or Arabic is advantageous.
3. Strong business writing and verbal communication skills.
4. Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.

Up to 3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
