1. Identify and maximize turnover opportunities across Tokyo, Osaka, and Nagoya stores.
2. Develop and implement action plans to achieve boutique teams' KPIs and productivity.
3. Assess sales potential, define targets, and motivate boutique teams to achieve sales goals.
4. Direct sales leads conversion and activate product launches, events, and CRM campaigns.
5. Provide accurate sales forecasts and manage retail budgets.
6. Collaborate effectively across functions such as Marketing, Operations, and HR.
7. Participate in monthly boutique meetings and quarterly meetings with HQ.
8. Support teams in achieving sales through client relationships and CRM strategies.
9. Contribute to annual regional strategic plans and retail network development.
10. Integrate customer service into the retail business model and resolve service issues.
11. Identify necessary retail capabilities and develop boutique managers' skills.
12. Enable success of retail team through decision support and resource management.
13. Participate in the hiring and onboarding of boutique managers and retail positions.

1. Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree, preferably in business with a major in retail management, marketing, communication or a related field.
2. At least 8-10 years of sales, retail, or commercial experience at a managerial level in a multinational environment, preferably in the luxury industry.

1. Strong leadership and communication skills.
2. Excellent figures acumen and analytical skills.
3. Proficiency in both spoken and written English, with additional languages depending on the region.
4. Strong sense of luxury service and experience.
5. Proficiency in MS Office.
6. Flexibility towards traveling to represent the company across the market/region.

A minimum of 8-10 years in sales, retail, or commercial roles at a managerial level within a multinational environment, with a preference for experience in the luxury industry.

Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree, preferably in business with a major in retail management, marketing, communication or a related field.
