1. Steer the implementation of strategic retail projects across regions and markets.
2. Coordinate the review of client selection processes for international headquarters events.
3. Animate the international retail community through webinar support and communications.
4. Propose innovative methods to inspire global retail compliance with guidelines and processes.
5. Ensure retail guidelines are current and accessible in all relevant languages.
6. Collect and consolidate input on various topics through SAP queries and surveys; derive actionable plans.
7. Manage budget and organize monthly review meetings with department heads.

1. Degree in Business Administration (BBA, MS, or MBA).
2. 2-3 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably with a luxury brand.

1. Proficiency in SAP queries for data insights and business decision support.
2. Strong project management capabilities.
3. Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.
4. Excellent communication skills across functions and hierarchies.
5. Acute observational and analytical skills.
6. Empathy and authenticity in professional interactions.

2-3 years of applied experience in a retail environment, preferably within a luxury brand.

Degree in Business Administration (BBA, MS, or MBA).
