- Implement the brand's visual identity at the Point of Sale (PoS) to ensure a cohesive store design and visual merchandising across boutiques.
- Roll out visual merchandising concepts as directed by headquarters, including project management with internal and external partners.
- Plan displays for brand presentation at PoS and coordinate special decorations in collaboration with retail managers and headquarters.
- Manage projects for special requests such as customer gifts, including budget planning and control within the available visual merchandising budget.
- Serve as the operational contact for boutiques and concessionaires in Europe regarding visual merchandising and maintenance.
- Control and manage inventory levels for existing items and oversee system-based order management.
- Coordinate the delivery of marketing and display materials to boutiques.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and document visual merchandising KPIs with boutiques.
- Support event planning and execution related to visual merchandising, ensuring a consistent brand presence at events.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Media Studies, Visual Merchandising, or Product Design.
- Initial relevant professional experience on the agency or company side, preferably in the luxury or premium brand sector.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; additional European languages are advantageous.
- Excellent project management skills with a structured approach, assertiveness, and organizational talent.
- Strong sense of visual design and craftsmanship.
- High motivation and team spirit, with a passion for working in an international context.
- High degree of independence, proactivity, and goal orientation.
- Strong communication skills, adept at building networks and relationships across departments and hierarchies.
- Precision in task execution.
- Proficiency in common office applications; experience with SAP is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Europe.
Initial relevant professional experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the luxury or premium brand sector.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Media Studies, Visual Merchandising, or Product Design.
