1. Serve as the primary contact for the maintenance and advancement of SAP systems related to Sales & Distribution and Material Management.
2. Analyze business requirements and existing processes to assess feasibility and economic viability.
3. Develop detailed concepts and solutions to implement local requirements within global systems.
4. Support the implementation and execution of solutions.
5. Manage and enhance system interfaces with internal and external applications.
6. Design, organize, and conduct user training sessions for software solutions, providing documentation and training materials.
7. Provide application support across various service levels, collaborating with external service providers for Level 2 and primarily Level 3 support.
8. Lead and develop the global SAP Key User Community.
9. Implement and refine systems, processes, and best practices for master data management.

1. Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing and managing SAP SD and MM (R/3 and S4), ideally within an international corporate environment.
2. Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Natural Sciences, or a comparable qualification.
3. Alternatively, career changers with strong IT affinity and process experience in a manufacturing environment, with proven experience in supporting SAP SD & MM systems as a Key User.
4. Strong problem-solving mentality, communication, and teamwork skills, adept at building cross-departmental and hierarchical networks and relationships.
5. Proficiency in German and English.
6. High degree of independence, proactivity, and goal orientation.
7. Good understanding of business processes.

Proven experience in implementing and supporting SAP SD and MM systems, preferably in an international corporate setting.

Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Natural Sciences, or a comparable qualification.
