- Define boutique navigation scenarios and mobilize sales associates.
- Develop programs to convert prospects into customers.
- Build a sustainable customer network across Japan.
- Maintain continuous relationships with customers, focusing on VIPs.
- Use iCM to propose customer strategies and track customer interactions.
- Participate in customer events and handle client complaints.
- Develop agile communication and cooperation with other boutique managers.
- Participate in international retail community activities.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in luxury retail management with direct reports, preferably in watchmaking.
- High interpersonal and people management skills.
- Strong local customer network and excellent client management abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English and Japanese, additional languages are advantageous.
