1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in luxury retail management with direct reports, preferably in watchmaking.
2. High interpersonal and people management skills.
3. Strong local customer network and excellent client management abilities.
4. Results-oriented mindset.
5. Fluency in English and Japanese, additional languages are advantageous.
