1. Serve as the primary technical contact for the implementation and development of a modern Data Warehouse solution on the Google Cloud Platform.
2. Collaborate with the Data Team to roll out the Data Warehouse across various departments, implementing and validating new data marts in close cooperation with business units.
3. Develop and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines for integrating and processing data from diverse sources.
4. Implement and manage database systems in GCP for secure storage and efficient access to large datasets.
5. Develop and implement data governance and security policies to ensure data integrity, quality, and security.
6. Work closely with other technical teams to ensure seamless data integration into various applications and systems within the Data Warehouse.
7. Actively contribute to the data strategy and methodologies within a young, dedicated, and goal-oriented team.

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, or a related field.
2. Proven expertise in developing and managing data pipelines, preferably within the Google Cloud Platform environment.

1. Proficiency with cloud-based database systems such as BigQuery and Cloud SQL.
2. Experience with implementing data governance and security policies in GCP.
3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL, and familiarity with tools like dbt and Looker.
4. Strong understanding of Clean Code principles and effective documentation practices.
5. Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and communicate them clearly and concisely both visually and verbally.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and teamwork abilities.
7. Fluency in German and English.

Experience in cloud-based data engineering, particularly with Google Cloud Platform, and familiarity with data governance and security practices.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field.
