1. Operate CNC long-turning machines in a two-shift system.
2. Set up and prepare machines for processing.
3. Independently grind tools necessary for the process.
4. Manufacture series and sample parts according to orders.
5. Ensure adherence to technological manufacturing fidelity, quality, and quantity standards.
6. Clean manufactured individual parts.
7. After successful training, create and manage CNC programs within the long-turning responsibility area.
8. Maintain and care for machines and tools within the area of responsibility.
9. Effectively utilize consumables and auxiliary materials.
10. Perform auxiliary tasks to ensure the manufacturing process, such as changing cleaning fluids.
11. Record work process times and tool consumption in the area of responsibility.
12. Adhere to and implement workplace regulations, fire, and occupational safety measures.

1. Completed vocational training in a precision mechanical metal profession (e.g., cutting machine operator, industrial mechanic, tool mechanic).
2. Comprehensive knowledge and skills in CNC turning.
3. Several years of professional experience.

1. Interest in precision mechanical parts and skilled handling of small and minute parts (fine motor skills).
2. Strong quality awareness.
3. Ability to work independently.

Completed vocational training in a related field.
