1. Exceed boutique sales targets in alignment with brand retail strategy and compliance with group procedures.
2. Plan and execute monthly meetings and strategic actions to achieve Boutique KPIs.
3. Implement boutique commission schemes in collaboration with management.
4. Lead and manage the boutique team, ensuring clear communication of objectives and brand standards.
5. Recruit, onboard, and train new staff, fostering a sense of belonging to the A. Lange & Söhne family.
6. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and boutique environment in accordance with brand guidelines.
7. Act as a brand ambassador, building awareness and equity both within and outside the boutique.
8. Ensure flawless store operations, including stock management and compliance with procedures.
9. Provide exceptional customer experience and manage CRM-related activities to build long-lasting client relationships.
10. Collaborate with regional and international boutique managers to share insights and best practices.
