- Build genuine relationships with clients and manage VIP and prospect databases.
- Handle client complaints with care and coordinate after-sales services.
- Participate in stocktaking and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Manage financial transactions and ensure compliance with legal and fiscal regulations.
- Report opportunities and incidents to management and share innovative ideas.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in training to enhance client experiences.
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of luxury brand standards and client expectations.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and retail management systems.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail sales or a related field is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
