- Achieve personal sales targets in alignment with brand retail strategy.

- Organize private viewings for potential VIP clients.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring excellence within and outside the boutique.
- Maintain the boutique's appearance and implement visual merchandising concepts.
- Build and maintain genuine relationships with clients, focusing on VIP recruitment.
- Handle client complaints with care and report product issues to management.
- Participate in stocktaking and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Comply with financial procedures and manage cash register transactions.
- Report opportunities and incidents to management and share best practices with the team.
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in the watch industry.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and manage client relationships.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail sales, with a focus on high-end watches preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
