1. Manage daily boutique operations and translate corporate objectives into actionable goals.
2. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the brand image is consistently reflected to customers.
3. Prepare business analyses and action plans to achieve sales targets.
4. Assist the Boutique Manager in exceeding boutique budgets and achieving KPIs.
5. Organize private viewings for potential VIP clients and discuss business opportunities with management.
6. Ensure compliance with group procedures, legal, fiscal, and customs regulations.
7. Act as manager-on-duty in the absence of the Boutique Manager.
8. Identify training needs and support the integration and training of new and existing team members.
9. Ensure the boutique's appearance and maintenance align with brand guidelines.
10. Oversee stocktaking, quality control, and stock replenishments.
11. Control cash register and ensure compliance with financial procedures.
12. Ensure the boutique team delivers exceptional customer experiences and CRM activities.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail management or a related field.
2. Strong understanding of luxury brand operations and customer service excellence.
3. Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
