1. Monitor and coordinate national and international shipments from pickup to delivery using dedicated tracking tools.
2. Identify and resolve transport incidents such as delays, losses, and damages in collaboration with carriers and clients.
3. Organize Return to Origin (RTO) transports and supplier returns.
4. Assist the customer service team in managing transport-related disputes.
5. Provide necessary information and documents to customer service for claims processing.
6. Facilitate communication between customer service and carriers to negotiate solutions.
7. Participate in meetings with customer service to discuss ongoing disputes and propose resolutions.
8. Verify carrier invoices and prepare payment requests.
9. Develop performance tracking reports for carriers.
10. Analyze transport data to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
11. Ensure shipment compliance with current regulations (safety, environment) and implement corrective actions.
12. Actively participate in transport process improvement projects.
13. Conduct competitive intelligence on transport practices.
14. Identify and propose improvements to optimize transport processes and reduce costs.
15. Research and propose AI-based solutions to enhance service performance.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Business School, University, or equivalent.
2. Interest in Transport, Logistics, and Supply Chain fields.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
2. English proficiency for communication with international carriers.

No prior experience required; suitable for students seeking an internship during a gap year or at the end of their studies.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress (Bac +4/5).
