- Develop and implement social media strategies across key platforms such as Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with 24S's brand identity and communication pillars.
- Manage weekly and monthly editorial calendars in collaboration with Buying, Merchandising, and Marketing teams.
- Collaborate with branding and performance teams to maximize the reach of organic and sponsored content.
- Analyze performance using precise KPIs (engagement, reach, traffic, conversion) and produce monthly reports.
- Conduct active monitoring of trends, competitors, and platform developments to inform strategic and creative thinking.
- Create innovative content concepts, visual storytelling, and formats that align with 24S's luxury image.
- Ensure perfect coherence between tone, aesthetics, and brand experience in collaboration with Image and Creation teams.
- Craft elegant and distinctive social media captions and texts.
- Engage and moderate communities on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, fostering B2C and B2B audience engagement.
- Identify emerging topics and key conversations to position 24S as an expert and trendsetter in luxury fashion.
- Define and execute influence strategies, including gifting, sponsored campaigns, ambassadors, and co-creations.
- Identify and activate creators and influencers that align with 24S's values and aesthetics.
- Negotiate, coordinate, and manage influence campaigns from briefing to performance analysis.
- Measure and optimize the impact of activations (image, visibility, engagement, conversion).
- Supervise and mentor two interns: a Communications Assistant and a Content Creator.
- Organize, prioritize, and oversee their tasks, fostering skill development.
- Ensure quality, coherence, and timely delivery of all outputs.
- Manage and oversee the Social Media & Influence budget in close collaboration with the Communications & Image Manager.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media and influence, preferably in luxury, fashion, or premium lifestyle sectors.
- Strong ability to conceive creative concepts, stay innovative, and capture trends while respecting 24S's brand DNA.
- Excellent organizational skills, analytical mindset, and proficiency in cross-functional team collaboration.
- Exceptional writing skills in French, with a strong sensitivity to storytelling and brand writing.
- Proficiency in English.
- Highly developed aesthetic sensitivity, keen eye for detail, imagery, and fashion.

Target package between €46,000 and €58,000, including a 15% variable component (bonus and profit-sharing) based on experience.
