24S.com Management Control Intern

24S is the digital Maison of the LVMH group, positioned as a Parisian reference for luxury and fashion e‑commerce. The brand curates an editorial, high‑end selection of luxury Houses and contemporary designers and operates at the intersection of fashion, digital retail and premium client experience.

1. Produce regular performance reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) on revenue and margin, segmented by business model, product category, country and brand.
2. Contribute to the monthly P&L close: monitor OPEX, analyse variances, and ensure data consistency across information systems.
3. Update budgetary reports (budget, reforecast) and participate in building revenue and OPEX forecasts in collaboration with the Management Controller.
4. Process daily manual refunds with Customer Care and perform monthly payment reconciliations (SAP vs PSP) for month‑end close.
5. Deliver ad hoc analyses and recurring analytical deliverables in response to operational and executive requests.
6. Support continuous improvement projects: update procedures, enhance existing reports and contribute to automation initiatives.

1. Enrolled in a Bac+4/5 programme (Master’s level) in a business school, engineering school or university with a specialization in finance, management control or audit.
2. Excellent Excel skills and proficiency with PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
3. Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities; methodical and detail oriented.
4. Autonomous, organised, and comfortable working with cross‑functional partners.
5. A first internship or experience within a Finance function is an advantage.

Entry level — suitable for students or recent graduates seeking a 6‑month internship; prior exposure to a Finance or Controlling function is beneficial but not mandatory.

Master’s level in progress (Bac+4/5) in Business, Finance, Engineering or equivalent, specialising in finance, management control or audit.
