1. Monitor operational performance across various departments including Marketing, Supply Chain, IT, and Merchandising.
2. Prepare departmental expenditure tracking files.
3. Analyze variances against budget and revised forecasts.
4. Update weekly and monthly analytical dashboards and KPIs.
5. Participate in the forecasting process for Budget and Strategic Plan development.
6. Conduct ad-hoc and recurring analyses as requested by management.
7. Analyze dashboards covering sales, margin rates, by market, brand, and country.
8. Assist in the monthly closing process.
9. Analyze and record payments and fraud.
10. Research and propose AI-based solutions to optimize departmental performance.

1. Enrollment in a business school, university, or engineering program.
2. Strong numerical and IT tool proficiency.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Analytical and synthesis skills.

Initial experience in financial or accounting departments is preferred.

Currently pursuing a degree in business, finance, or engineering.
