- Execute operational and strategic implementation of customer lifecycle campaigns on 24S.
- Oversee cross-channel automated CRM campaigns, including emails, push notifications, and in-app messages using Braze.
- Continuously optimize existing customer journeys through a test and learn approach.
- Contribute to the design and deployment of new automated journeys for activation, retention, repurchase, anti-churn, and loyalty.
- Monitor weekly and monthly CRM KPIs.
- Participate in the Lifecycle Roadmap and Marketing Automation projects.
- Assist in the implementation of new CRM channels aligned with business objectives.
- Draft requirements for the integration of new data or features within CRM tools.
- Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Data teams to enhance CRM journeys.
- Configure, test, and validate new campaigns or tool evolutions.
- Coordinate with the artistic direction to evolve CRM formats.
- Contribute to qualitative and quantitative studies to enrich customer knowledge with the Data team.
- Conduct competitive intelligence and benchmark CRM and loyalty best practices.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/+5) in Business, Marketing, Digital, or Data.
- Prior experience in CRM, digital marketing, e-commerce, or data through internships or placements, preferably in the luxury or fashion sector.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Attention to detail and dynamic approach.
- Proactive with strong interpersonal skills.
- Technical proficiency in CRM/marketing automation tools, tracking, and basic HTML/SQL/Liquid knowledge.
Entry-level experience in CRM, digital marketing, e-commerce, or data through internships or placements.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital, or Data.
